Sir Jim ready to reward one Man United star with new contract after impressive performances

According to the Daily Star, Sir Jim Ratcliffe has given his blessing for Man United to extend the contract of Scott McTominay.

The Scottish midfielder’s performances have impressed the hierarchy at Old Trafford and he is now part of the club’s long-term plans.

Man United want to extend his deal until 2026, with his current contract expiring at the end of June, 2025.

Moreover, there are also plans to reward the midfielder by increasing the wages – with the Scotsman currently getting around £60,000-a-week.

The 27-year-old has scored nine goals and provided three assists in 34 appearances so far this season, enjoying his best-ever goal-scoring campaign at the club.
