Liverpool want Salah to stay beyond 2025 — Joyce

There have been plenty of updates about the future of Mohamed Salah recently and Paul Joyce has chipped in with another one.

The Times' journalist reports that Liverpool are planning to start talks with the Egyptian over a new deal.

Joyce adds that Michael Edwards is 'a huge advocate of Salah', having convinced Jurgen Klopp to sign the forward back in 2017.

The 31-year-old's current contract with Liverpool expires in 2025. He's been linked with leaving the club, either this summer on a sizeable fee or next year on a contract expiry.
