'Not enough to win trophies': Carragher tells Liverpool to bin Nunez

Darwin Nunez fired blanks in Liverpool's 2-0 defeat to Everton. The Uruguayan had plenty of chances but left his finishing boots at home.

Jamie Carragher suggests that the striker has to be sold in the summer as he's not at the level required at Liverpool.

Carra said on Sky Sports: “I think I’m at the stage now with Nunez where there isn’t a question to ask [with his future]. After two years now, you need your man to score. This is the business end.

“After two years, there’s not going to be a massive improvement in Nunez. I don’t think he’s enough to win trophies. There’s a big decision to be made in the summer.”

Darwin has managed 11 goals and eight assists in 32 Premier League appearances so far this season.
