PSG have been impressed with what they’ve seen from their on-loan midfielder Xavi Simons at RB Leipzig in the 2023/24 season.
However, as per CBS Sports’ Ben Jacobs, they are yet to decide on whether to recall him into their squad for next season or renew his loan spell at RB Leipzig.
It’s actually likelier that the French club send him back to the Bundesliga giants for another one-year loan spell to ensure he gets enough playing time.
While it’s not impossible for PSG to consider selling Simons permanently, it would require an ‘exceptional’ offer for them to consider that.
Simons has been in amazing form for Leipzig so far this season, having scored nine goals and provided 15 assists in 41 appearances.
