Timo Werner has officially left Chelsea and returned to RB Leipzig, both clubs confirmed on Tuesday evening.
The German forward is now back at the club he left the Blues for in the summer of 2020 in a deal worth £54 million.
The Bundesliga side will pay a fee of around £25 million for the 26-year-old with the player signing a four -year contract.
Werner has scored just 10 goals in 56 Premier League although he played a key part in the 2021 Champions League triumph.
