Barca and the Spanish Football Federation have found common ground regarding how Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi will be used in the summer.
According to Sport, the agreement states that Cubarsi and Yamal will only feature in the Olympics in August for Spain if they don't play regularly at the Euros in July.
The RFF will also apply the same rule with Bilbao's Nico Williams who is also expected to be available for both the Euros and the Olympics.
Barcelona have been clear on their stance that they will not allow their player to feature in two major tournaments in the space of a month as was the case for Pedri in 2021. The player would go on to suffer repeated muscular injuries afterwards.
Yamal has already played 45 games for Barca this season racking up 2500 minutes despite being just 16. Meanwhile, 17-year-old Cubarsi has also started 12 consecutive league games for Barca since bursting into the scene in January.
