Barca dressing room reaction to Champions League quarter-final draw revealed

Barcelona technical staff are satisfied with the Champions League draw against PSG, Javi Miguel of AS reveals.

Barcelona believe they can reach the semi-final if they do well in the first leg in Paris thereby taking a favourable result into the second leg at the Montjuic.

Besides the 'advantage' of playing the second leg at home, Barca also thinks that the semi-final draw favours them as they will face the winner between Atletico Madrid and Dortmund if they manage to dump out PSG.

Barcelona have not reached the quarter-final in the last four years which means a win against PSG would be a monumental achievement for Xavi and his charges. It will also come with some serious financial incentives for the club. Barca would be smiling home with around €20m in earnings.

The quarter-final will be played on the 9th and 10th of April as Barca come up against familiar faces like Luis Enrique and Ousmane Dembele. Both player and coach were once on Barca's payroll.

Recall that he last time Barca beat PSG, Enrique was in the dugout at Camp Nou as a Neymar-inspired performance saw Barca celebrate a famous 6-1 Remontada. After the first leg had ended 4-0.
