The truth about all these issues in Chelsea is signing excess players down that doesn't match the coach kind of players,the ones we are forcing to loan are even more better than the ones we're using,I preferred Casadei to play with Gallagher than using Caicedo,I loved the pressing force of Angelo Gabriel we sent on loan in the right wing than whoever is there, Santos by now would have become too great yet roaming up and down to fix him on loan, whereas what Santos would do in Chelsea Jersey Caicedo and Enzo can never do it,We underated some of the good ones to play the ones signed with big money,it's really unbelievable how we play palmer as false 9 when we haven't given the natural striker like David Washington time or opportunity to feel the game,yet always on substitute,the team have enough players but not selecting the best to use is one key factor here, Santos, Casadei and Angelo Gabriel shouldn't have been loaned, infact there are big teams that will make these 3 a world class players and they wouldn't waste money buying more players,but it seems like Chelsea like patronizing the so called media over hyped players who is as soft like butter,one touch of Casadei yesterday showed us  what he can do, imagine if given good playing time what him, Santos or Angelo Gabriel can do for this teams,Chelsea must wake up to their responsibility

I've said it elsewhere that Pochetino"s rebuilding may take 5 years!!

He's too afraid to be proactive and he keeps making the same mistakes and keep repeating the same excuses!!!

Why should it take a player who has had a very successful year in a league, to use another whole season to adapt in another club, when he's not having injury issues??!! It simply means that the Coach isn't doing his job!!!

my thoughts exactly John...its tge players that should be carrying the team ,thats letting us down ...Chilwell, James ,Sterling, Caicedo...have you ever noticed how no one talks or gives out instructions on the pitch?....its like 11 strangers ...theres just no chemistry...and Pochatino doesn't have that spark ,look at Klopp on the sidelines, and as a true blue ..im sad to hear hes leaving the premiership cause hes a bigger than life character...credit where its due ....look at DeZerbi ...full of energy....Luton Town manager the same ...Pochatino doesn't have that true love for our club John ...i honestly dont know where the solution is lying ....but Pochatino needs to find it pretty rapidly...

He doesn't have it in him. You don't build a legacy in a team by petting players all the time at their budding the stages.

He finds it difficult being assertive. Look at the issue of Gallagher's exit rumours and how he's never addressed it!!! How are you a respected Coach and such rumours have been around one of your most trusted players all season???! Maybe he doesn't command enough respect before the Board.

I think the biggest problem with Chelsea now, are those clowns who call themselves sporting Directors! They neither have a clear philosophy on how Chelsea should play, nor do they advice the Owners on the right type of players to fit that philosophy!!

I have to admit it that Poch might go pretty soon. He's fallen into this trap of picking players based on bias. A good Coach doesn't do that immediately he steps into a Club!!

Three players that did exceptionally well in Preseason - Chalobah,, Casadei and Santos, aren't part of this current squad and they all got replaced by players that were never tested in Preseason - Disasi, Caicedo and Ugochukwu! He found it so difficult integrating Nkunku after he recovered from his preseason injury, even faster he'd fully recovered!

Pochetino is too weak willed to coach an ambitious Club like Chelsea.

They bought Caicedo with mind of replacing Ngolo Kante. There is only one Ngolo Kante.

what is it about Chelsea and all these  defensive managers ....look at Liverpool last night...attack after attack...same with spurs and even Luton Town have more hunger ....and that has to come down to Pochatino...
