OFFICIAL: Chelsea announce Lukaku signing

Romelu Lukaku has signed a long-term contract with Chelsea, the club's official website confirms.

The 28-year-old striker has joined the Blues for a reported €115m (₤97m) from Inter Milan.

The Belgium international already was a Chelsea player from 2011 to 2014. He played only 15 games for the club across all the competitions, spending two of those three seasons out on loan.

Lukaku spent the last two years in Italy where he scored 47 goals in 72 Serie A games and led Inter to their first league title in 11 years.
