Arsenal picked up their second loss of the Premier League season with a damning 1-0 defeat to Everton on Saturday.
A solitary goal from James Tarkowski gave the win to the Toffees, with the Gunners attack failing to impress on the day.
While the frontline didn’t really impress, some Arsenal players put in commendable performances in the game.
As it can be seen above, Oleksandr Zinchenko and William Saliba were the best Arsenal players on the day.
Zinchenko was a warrior on the left. He helped move the ball forward smoothly, getting into the right areas and forcing open opportunities – creating a chance too.
The left-back was defensively solid, making 8 ball recoveries and 2 clearances.
Saliba was pretty good and dealt well against Dominic Calvert-Lewin. He Made 3 clearances, 2 blocks, 8 possession recoveries and won 4/6 aerial duels.
Mikel Arteta will hope the duo can continue their good run of form with some key fixtures ahead.
